There was a rich person and a poor person named lazurus. The rich had no end to comfort and had an awsome life. The poor person craved even for a little crumb from his table, but in the end he became food for dogs. The time came when they both died.
In hades the rich man was tormented by the fire, but he looked up and saw lazurus with abraham in peace and comfort.
The rich man called out to abraham asking “please abraham get the lazurus to dip his finger in some water and put it on my tongue for the fire has me dehydrated”
But abraham said “remember how you had your nice things on earth and lazurus suffered and had bad things? And besides theres a large gauge between us that none can cross over.”
The rich man replied “then lord abraham, send lazurus to my brothers to warn them, so they dont end up here!”
Abraham responded “if they will not believe the law and the prophets, they will not believe even if someone raises from the dead.”


I came to an understanding that the rift in hades between the rich man and  lazurus is also present in our world. People hunger and thirst, they work hard and recieve pennys, and the wealthy only grow more wealthy. In hades the rift is as visible as the sun but here the lines are blurred. But there is a gorge here on earth too.
