Morning! Hope all is well.

How good is it to be back! At the holiday’s end!

To start I have a question.

What direction are you going this year?

To start we need a foundation. Who will guide us in making one?

We make it by the Spirit!

So Give God room!

God this year is planning on doing a new thing!

God has a plan.

God wants to stir our hearts up for his purpose.

Has anyone had an apointment the next day? did you prepare as much as possible? and then all the preparation was useless because your car wont start? because the battery is dead.

but if your spirit isn’t charged its the same thing. you wont go anywhere spiritually. SO you may have prepared in the flesh but its MUCH more important to prepare in the spirit.

The israelites had a similar situation. They tried to fix the temple but because of their neighbours wouldn’t let them. So they gave up.

God is not weak tho! he is able to wake you up out of your spiritual apathy!

“Not by might, not by power, but by my spirit says the LORD”

They fixed the temple through God’s spirit.

How does this apply to us today?

God’s Spirit is still alive! He still does miracles!

The question is not Whether God is able, but how much room we give Him to work!

“…But those who wait, Those who trust in the Lord will renew their strength; they will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not become weary, they will walk and not faint…”

We can soar! Not just that but eagles can hold the highest amount of weight that any bird can carry!

You can’t just run through life, there’s a time to walk!

Going for a long walk can start out hype, but slowly you get worn out ;-;

It’s the Spirit that powers our walk with God, so give Him room!

Imagine if you are making a domino train, but you make them too far apart so they dont fall one after another but you have to push them one by one.

Living with Spirit sets everything into correct motion. So there’s no need to do each domino manually!

He’s our guide, He tells us how to set up the dominos correctly so they fall right.

You may have everything planned out in Your life but He has the final say!

Ask: “Holy Spirit, what’s Your plan in my life? Please empower me to do Your will. Holy Spirit… What do You want me to do?”

Lets ask the Holy Spirit to gives us His will this year.

Zechariah 4:7 ‘Who are you, O great mountain?
Before Zerubbabel you shall become a plain!
And he shall bring forth the capstone
With shouts of “Grace, grace to it!”

By the power of the Spirit it will become nothing before him!

Ask God for faith like this, For God’s glory. Because with God there is no mountain that can stop you from doing what God has called you to do!”

Take some time to spend with God, with his Spirit!

Isaiah 37:21-22 “²¹ Then Isaiah son of Amoz sent a message to Hezekiah: “This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: Because you have prayed to me concerning Sennacherib king of Assyria, ²² this is the word the Lord has spoken against him:

“Virgin Daughter Zion
    despises and mocks you.
Daughter Jerusalem
    tosses her head as you flee.”

God often works in a way we can’t understand!

There is so much we can do with prayer. Sometimes that’s all we need to do for God to win the battle!

There was a missionary that was given a car that didn’t work. He always had to get kids to start it! Sometimes He even had to leave it on if the kids weren’t there. It was always a big problem. Then he gave it to another missionary. The new missionary said “well let’s look under the hood!” low and behold there was a loose connector on the battery! a simple fix. All the trouble solved, easy.

It’s often like that with us and the Holy Spirit. Check under your hood. Maybe all you need to do it strengthen your connection with the battery / the Holy Spirit.

It’s not our faith that moves mountains, Its our faith in God that moves mountains.

God has given us the greatest gift! Not power, Not might! He’s given us His Spirit! There’s nothing greater 🙂
